Airstriprealtech is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Ground Staff, Cabin Crew, and Air Ticketing agents in Pune, Maharashtra, India. As a leading airline company, we are committed to providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the safety and comfort of our passengers.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist passengers at check-in counters, boarding gates, and during the flight
Conduct security screenings and ensure compliance with safety regulations
Handle baggage and cargo, including loading and unloading
Provide in-flight services such as serving meals and beverages, and assisting with any passenger needs
Process ticket reservations, changes, and cancellations
Handle cash and credit card transactions
Maintain accurate records of flight schedules, passenger information, and any incidents
Collaborate with the flight crew and ground staff to ensure a smooth and efficient operation
Handle any customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
Stay updated on industry regulations and company policies to ensure compliance
Requirements:
Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic setting
Solid problem-solving and decision-making skills
Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects
Willingness to work irregular hours, including weekends and holidays
Fluent in English and Hindi, knowledge of other languages is a plus
Previous experience in the airline industry is preferred but not required
