nAbout the Role
nWe're hiring a Business Development Manager for a full cycle, high ownership sales role not a support or account management seat. You will own the entire sales journey, from first outreach to closed deal, engaging directly with decision makers at schools, institutes, and corporate training buyers, including international clients.

nKey Responsibilities

Prospect and qualify leads across domestic and international markets, with cold email outreach as a primary channeln
Own the full sales cycle:



outreach discovery/demo negotiation closuren
Leverage contemporary sales tools AI-powered prospecting, sales automation, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and CRM workflows to build and manage a healthy pipelinen
Schedule and lead meetings with key decision makers, both in-person and virtualn
Collaborate with marketing to convert and follow up on inbound leadsn
Lead with consultation, not pitching understand the client's actual need before proposing a solutionn
Consistently meet or exceed monthly revenue and activity targetsn

nWhat We're Looking For
n
n
2–5 years of B2B sales experience, with a track record of independently closing deals demonstrated results matter more than tenuren
Proven experience selling to international clients, with comfort navigating different time zones, cultures, and buying processesn
Solid written communication skills, especially cold email outreach able to write emails
