Performs Investor Relations functions, including but not limited to, reviewing investor subscription documents, preparation of subscription confirmation letters and redemption letters, and sending them out to the investors;
Performs AML procedures;
Prepares draft emails to facilitate sending out of investor capital letters;
Reviews capital letters prior to partners’ final review of client deliverables;
Updates IPO worksheet and sends the list out to the fund administration team.

Requirements
Has knowledge in the alternative investment industry particularly in investor relations.
Knowledge of AML/KYC compliance for United States and/or Cayman Islands preferred but not required.
Solid written and verbal communication skills.
Detail-oriented and has very good organization skills;
Has positive command of the English language, both oral and written;
Flexibility to expand work hours as necessary and support business needs.
