We are looking for a Customer Service Consultant who will be responsible for maintaining strong customer relationships and ensuring a positive experience throughout and after the moving process.

Key Responsibilities
Contact customers after their move to check on their overall experience and satisfaction.
Conduct follow-up calls, gather feedback, and identify any customer concerns.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through professional and empathetic communication.
Address customer questions, concerns, and service-related issues promptly.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer concerns are properly addressed and resolved.
Provide explicit, practical solutions while maintaining company standards and policies.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
Encourage satisfied customers to provide reviews and referrals.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service and relationship-management abilities.
Confident and skilled on phone calls.
Strong problem-solving and listening skills.
Ability to handle difficult conversations calmly and professionally.
Customer-focused, proactive, and solution-oriented.
Previous experience in customer service, relationship management, or a similar role is preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹34,589.11 per month
