We are looking for a creative, experienced, and detail-oriented Senior Architect to lead residential architecture projects from concept through execution. The ideal candidate will have solid design and technical expertise, excellent client-handling skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively with consultants, contractors, and internal project teams.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and development of residential architectural projects from concept to completion.
Develop cutting-edge and functional architectural concepts based on client requirements.
Prepare and review architectural drawings, working drawings, layouts, and detailed construction drawings.
Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, interior, and other consultants.
Conduct site visits and ensure design intent is properly implemented during execution.
Handle client meetings, presentations, design discussions, and project approvals.
Review project drawings and ensure compliance with relevant building regulations and standards.




Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and project teams to resolve technical and design-related issues.
Monitor project progress and ensure deliverables meet quality, design, and timeline requirements.
Mentor and guide junior architects and design team members.
Participate in material selection, detailing, and design development.
Identify potential design and execution challenges and provide practical solutions.

Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture (B.Arch/M.Arch).
5+ years of relevant experience in architectural design and project execution.
Robust experience in residential architecture is preferred.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3D visualization tools, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
