Role Description The Edtech Counselor (IIT courses selling) at CAREERBLOC is a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for advising prospective learners and their families on IIT-focused programs and related course offerings. Day-to-day work includes engaging with leads via calls, messages, and in-person meetings,



understanding learner goals and academic background, and recommending suitable IIT preparation or foundation courses. The role involves explaining course features, fee structures, and outcomes clearly, addressing queries, and guiding learners through the enrollment and payment process. The counselor will maintain accurate records in CRM tools, follow up with potential learners to ensure timely decisions, and collaborate with the sales and academic teams to meet enrollment targets while providing a positive learner experience. The position offers a compensation of up to 6.5 LPA, depending on experience and performance.
Qualifications

Ability to communicate clearly and confidently, including strong listening, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
