nWe are hiring an Aesthetic Dermatologist to join our training team at the institute. This role involves not just performing procedures, but also training and guiding doctors in aesthetic medicine.
nYou will work closely with trainees, help them understand treatments in a practical way, and ensure they develop both skill and confidence in real clinical settings.

n Responsibilities:

Conduct patient consultations as part of training sessionsn
Demonstrate aesthetic procedures step-by-step to traineesn
Train doctors in all Aesthetic Medicine procedures.n
Supervise trainees and correct techniques in real timen
Explain treatment planning, patient selection, and complication handling in easy termsn
Ensure all procedures follow strict safety, hygiene,



and ethical standardsn
Help structure and improve training modules and sessionsn
Maintain proper case documentation for teaching and learning purposesn

Qualification: MDn
Solid experience in aesthetic procedures (injectables + energy-based devices)n
Good teaching ability - can break down complex procedures into easy stepsn
Confident communicator with a patient and practical approachn
Strong focus on safety, protocols, and ethical practicen
Comfortable handling both patients and trainee doctors togethern
