nAbout the Role

n

nWe are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and experienced Senior Interior Designer to lead interior design projects from concept development through execution.

n

nKey Responsibilities

n

n
Conduct site visits, measurements, and site analysis to develop accurate design layouts.
n
Understand client requirements, preferences, and functional needs to create effective interior layouts and space plans.
n
Develop and present design concepts, themes, mood boards, and reference images aligned with client expectations.
n
Manage regular client interactions and design presentations, incorporating feedback and providing project updates.
n
Prepare detailed service drawings, working drawings, layouts, elevations, and execution drawings.
n
Conduct site visits during execution to monitor progress and ensure design accuracy and quality.
n
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, agencies, and internal teams for smooth project execution.
n
Ensure projects are delivered within defined timelines, budgets, quality standards, and design specifications.
n
Identify design or execution challenges and provide practical,



timely solutions.
n
Manage and prioritize multiple interior design projects simultaneously.
n

nRequired Skills & Competencies

n

n
Solid interior design sensibility and space-planning skills
n
Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant interior design software
n
Solid knowledge of working drawings, layouts, elevations, and detailing
n
Excellent communication, presentation, and client-handling skills
n
Solid project coordination and management abilities
n
Good understanding of site execution and vendor coordination
n
High attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills
n
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
n

nEducation

n

n
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
n

n

nPreferred Qualifications

n

n
Prior experience in residential interior design projects
n
Experience managing projects from concept to execution
n
Strong exposure to client management, site execution, and vendor coordination
n
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
