Managing Hiring Managers: Partner with department leads to define job descriptions, align on expectations, and provide regular interview updates.
Coordinating Interviews: Schedule and organize multi-stage interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
Maintaining ATS Records: Track candidate pipelines and update applicant data inside Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Extending Offers: Negotiate salary packages, draft official job offers, and coordinate pre-boarding steps.
Tracking Metrics: Monitor recruitment Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) like time-to-fill and source-of-hire to improve efficiency.
