Explore machine feasibility against required specification with Design calculation,



process standards and Prepare assembly and part design / drawing.
Ensure product design / drawings are released in conformity with technical specification and design standards.
Generate BOM, Drawing, Schedules of the Machine to Optimise of Finance, Manpower and Store Resources.
Opmize the designs, manufacturing process / impart value addi on by lean manufacturing techniques
Optimize & regulate the old stocks / high value inventories & utilize it in some dedicated automated solutions
Design & prepare plant/equipment layouts within budgeted timeline and cost parameters
Implement past machine feedbacks, MPI's in current design Implement design & drawing standards (JIS/BS/ISO) for seamless manufacturing and assembly of machine
Coordinate with the customers and identify / prepare process/equipment gaps & implement solutions
