Position: Senior Hostel Warden – Girls Hostel

Location: Vijay Group of Institutions, Hosur

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Experience: Minimum 3 years in hostel administration, student welfare, residential facilities, or related field.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the girls hostel.
Ensure student safety, discipline, well-being, and a positive living environment.
Monitor attendance, hostel records, room allotment, and student activities.
Coordinate with parents, faculty members, and management regarding student matters.
Handle hostel staff scheduling and supervise housekeeping and maintenance activities.
Address student concerns and resolve issues in a professional manner.
Ensure compliance with hostel rules, safety procedures, and institutional policies.
Maintain cleanliness, security, and overall hostel standards.

Requirements




Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
