NWe are looking for a Product Content Specialist to join our Digital Content Platforms team. The role involves managing, enhancing, validating, and publishing product content for global digital platforms and websites.
NKey Responsibilities

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to collect product specifications, data, and metadata. N
Develop and maintain accurate, structured product descriptions and digital content. N
Review and validate product data standardized using Generative AI/LLM tools, cross-checking against original source content. N
Track AI-generated content accuracy, success/failure rates, and provide feedback for continuous improvement. N
Publish product contentthrough content authoring/content management systems. N
Ensure content complieswith corporate style guidelines, brand standards, legal requirements, and global website standards. N




Verify product data structure, formatting, images, and other digital content elements. N
Coordinate with business partners, IT teams, and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion of content projects. N
Identify prospects for content and process improvements. N
Manage multiple projects, priorities, and urgent requests while maintaining excellent attention to detail. N

nRequirements

N
Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, Life Sciences, or a related field. Master's in Life Sciences is a plus. N
1–3 years of experiencein developing, managing, or maintaining digital content using CMS/content authoring systems. N
Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, with the ability to work with large datasets. N
Familiarity with Generative AI / LLM tools is an advantage. N
Solid writing, proofreading, spelling, and grammar skills. N
