Role Description The Senior Physiotherapist will provide high-quality, evidence-based physiotherapy care to patients with musculoskeletal, spinal, and chronic pain conditions at the Noida or Dwarka clinic. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting detailed assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering hands-on therapy in coordination with chiropractic and other pain management modalities. The role involves supervising treatment progress, documenting clinical findings, educating patients on posture, ergonomics, and exercise, and collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to optimize outcomes.

The Senior

Physiotherapist may also guide junior clinicians, support protocol development, and uphold clinic standards for safety and patient satisfaction. This is a full-time, in office role based in Gurugram.

Qualifications
Strong clinical skills in physiotherapy assessment, manual therapy, exercise prescription, and rehabilitation for musculoskeletal and spine-related conditions.
Experience working in multidisciplinary pain management settings, preferably alongside chiropractic, osteopathy,



or other advanced physical medicine modalities.
Ability to educate and counsel patients on lifestyle modification, posture correction, ergonomics, and home exercise programs.
Proficiency in maintaining accurate clinical documentation, using electronic medical records, and following evidence-based treatment protocols.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy (BPT/MPT) from a recognized institution; valid registration with the appropriate skilled council.
Several years of post-qualification experience, including managing complex pain and spine cases; prior supervisory or senior-level experience is an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient-centric, empathetic, and non-judgmental approach.
Ability to work full time in office in Gurugram, with flexibility to manage a busy clinical schedule and contribute to continuous quality improvement.
Additional certifications in manual therapy, spine rehabilitation, sports physiotherapy, or related specializations are desirable.
