KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Sourcing & pipeline development
Identify and approach candidate manufacturers in engineered metal components, machining, castings, assemblies and tooling.
Map capability, capacity, and process fit against Inticores current and forecast demand.
Maintain a live, prioritised pipeline preferred / approved / probation — with next actions for each.
Evaluation & due diligence
Run the Ideal Partner Profile as the front-line filter; apply the instant-reject list without sentiment.
Coordinate the cross-department due-diligence packs and pull the findings into a transparent go / no-go recommendation.
Read a shop floor rapid — spot the tells on quality culture, housekeeping, machine utilisation, and promoter seriousness inside the first visit.
Commercials & deal-shaping
Hold credible commercial conversations with MSME promoters on costing, margins, working-capital and terms.
Shape a deal that protects Inticore structurally while staying collaborative and partnership-forward.
Steward the partner through the Master Partner Collaboration & Operating Agreement to signature, working with counsel on any non-standard points.
Onboarding handoff




Prepare the signed partner for the 0–90 day onboarding SOP and the go-live gate.
Hand off cleanly to the Partner Quality & Process lead (Hire 2) at go-live — selection ends, development begins.
Systems & discipline
Run the whole cycle inside BOLT so the pipeline, gates and decisions are visible and auditable.
Keep evaluation criteria testable and observable — numbered, specific, not judgment-dependent.

Experience & background
8–15 years in vendor development, supplier quality, sourcing or supply-chain roles in automobile or engineered-component manufacturing.
Highly valued: hands-on experience with a structured vendor management system — e.g. the Toyota supplier development approach — either as a practitioner inside it or as someone who implemented it at a manufacturing unit. Treated here as a robust bonus, not the entry bar.
Extensive exposure to managing processes, contracts and commercials at vendor / partner sites.
Comfortable with digital operating tools; will run the function inside BOLT and Odoo.
