Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and fit for the organization.
Coordinate with external agencies and partners for specialized recruitment needs.
Participate in employer branding initiatives to enhance Adani's reputation as an employer of choice in the Airports industry.
Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics and progress to stakeholders.
Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes and strategies based on industry best practices.
Support onboarding processes for current hires to ensure a smooth transition into the organization.

Qualifications
