Purpose of the Role :
Lead the VMTL Infotainment, Comfort, Controls & Connected Car domain and drive end-to-end delivery of customer-facing electronic and software features across vehicle programs while achieving Cost, Quality, and Time (CQT) targets.
Responsible for integration of infotainment systems, telematics, connected vehicle services, body electronics, comfort features, HMI, control modules, and software-driven functionalities from concept through production across all NPI gateways.

Key Responsibilities :
Lead development of infotainment, telematics, connected car, body electronics, and comfort systems from concept to production.
Manage end-to-end project delivery across hardware, software, and vehicle integration lifecycles.




Drive integration of OTA updates, cloud connectivity, mobile applications, remote diagnostics, and digital cockpit solutions.
Define system requirements, feature roadmaps, validation plans, and technology strategies.
Manage software releases, engineering changes, and configuration control.
Coordinate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Cybersecurity, Quality, Service, Digital teams, and suppliers.
Support prototype builds, validation activities, and issue resolution.
Drive cost optimization, value engineering, and regulatory compliance.
