About the Company: Trivandrum based Pharmacy Supermarket
Duties & Responsibilities:
We need a hands-on leader who can:
Manage multiple branches and Branch Managers
Drive revenue targets and customer experience
Ensure SOP, discipline and smooth daily operations
Train Managers to take complete branch ownership
Execute HO decisions without daily Founder follow-up
Experience:
Preferred: 10+ years of multi-branch retail experience in pharmacy, healthcare, supermarket or similar sectors.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
