NThe Role
nWe're hiring a BDR (Business Development Representative) to own the top of our funnel for the US market — finding the right accounts, getting into conversations, and booking qualified demos. But the job doesn't stop at the handoff.
NYou'll also own what happens to those leads after: tracking where they stall, diagnosing why, and running experiments to move conversion rates up stage by stage. And once accounts are live, you'll stay close to them: watching usage, catching expansion signals early, and engaging for the billing.

Research target accounts for outbound and map the right personas — engineering leaders, platform teams, product owners N
Run multi-channel outreach: LinkedIn, email, calls N
Build and iterate emailsequences;
