Role Summary

We are hiring a Territory Sales Manager to drive sales and business growth in the assigned territory by managing customers, channel partners and recent business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
Develop and execute territory sales plans.
Acquire new hospitals, nursing homes, distributors, dealers and healthcare institutions.
Manage and strengthen existing customer relationships.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations.
Manage channel partners and ensure effective territory coverage.




Identify new business prospects and monitor market competition.
Ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Science, Pharmacy, Biomedical Engineering, BBA or related field.
MBA (Marketing) preferred.
3–7 years of relevant sales experience in medical devices, healthcare, infection control, sterilization or hospital products.
Robust communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
