Job Responsibilities
Own Meta &
Google Ads end-to-end.
Plan and execute performance marketing strategies.
Manage budgets and drive profitable customer acquisition.
Scale winning campaigns and optimize underperforming campaigns.
Plan and execute creative testing across different hooks and formats.
Analyze campaign data and identify growth prospects.
Work with the creative team to develop high-performing ad creatives.
Track key metrics including ROAS, CAC, Revenue &
Conversion Rate.
Build and continuously improve paid acquisition engine.
