nAbout the Role
nWe are looking for a dynamic Territory Sales Manager to drive sales performance within an assigned territory. The role owns end-to-end territory ownership — from achieving current car sales targets to executing on-ground events and digital promotion strategies — and requires a candidate with robust field sales exposure and a proven track record in a target-driven setting.

nKey Responsibilities

Drive new car sales and achieve model-wise sales targets for the assigned territoryn
Design and execute territory-level sales plans in line with organizational goals with product salesn
Plan, organize, and execute local events and BTL activations to drive footfall and salesn
Drive digital promotion initiatives to support lead generation and brand visibilityn
Build and manage relationships with dealers/channel partners to ensure sales targets are metn
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences within the territoryn
Track and report sales performance, market share, and target achievement on a regular basisn
Travel extensively (up to 70%) across the assigned territory for market visits, dealer reviews, and eventsn
