Scope and Responsibilities

The Corporate Accounting Analyst will provide operational and procedural
support within the Corporate Accounting department, with a primary focus on
revenue accounting — including investment income, management fees, and
incentive fees/income. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Ensure timely and accurate accounting, reporting, and analysis of
revenue-related activities, including investment income, management fees,
incentive fees/income, related compensation expenses, and other fund-related
transactions.
Prepare, maintain, and own revenue accounting schedules, including management
fee, investment income, and incentive compensation calculations, as well as
related general ledger analyses and balance sheet reconciliations.
Analyze investment management agreements, fee arrangements, and incentive
compensation agreements to determine appropriate accounting treatment and
revenue recognition.
