Role Description The Senior Sales Marketing Manager is a full-time role based in Bengaluru, This role is responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and executing sales and marketing strategies, managing key accounts, and expanding our market presence in India . Day-to-day tasks include identifying recent business prospects, leading the sales pipeline, coordinating marketing campaigns, conducting market and competitor analysis, and preparing sales forecasts and performance reports.

The Senior Sales Marketing

Manager will collaborate closely with Project, operations, and service teams to tailor solutions for clients,



participate in trade shows and industry events, and ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels. The role also involves mentoring and guiding the sales and marketing team, setting targets, and implementing processes that support sustainable growth.

Required
5–8 years in B2B or project sales — commercial kitchen equipment, HoReCa, hospitality FF&E;, or a similar project-sales environment
A proven habit of managing a pipeline through to closure, not just generating leads
Comfortable with both phone-heavy outreach and in-person client/site visits across Bangalore
Strong follow-up discipline and comfort with CRM or spreadsheet-based tracking
Excellent communication in English and Kannada/Hindi

Preferred:
Existing relationships with hotels, restaurant chains, contract caterers, or hospitality consultants in Bangalore/South India
Familiarity with commercial kitchen equipment specs (cooking lines, refrigeration, exhaust systems)
Experience selling to architects, kitchen consultants, or general contractors on commercial builds
