Key Responsibilities
Lead security monitoring, threat hunting, and incident response.
Oversee VAPT, red team exercises, and risk assessments.
Drive adoption of security best practices and policies across the company.
Partner with DevOps and IT to secure infrastructure and applications.
Ensure compliance with SOX, PCI-DSS, GDPR, ISO 27001, and NIST CSF.
Mentor interns and junior analysts, fostering a security-first culture.

Requirements
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
5+ years’ proven experience in cybersecurity operations and threat management.
Expertise with SIEM, IDS/IPS, EDR, firewalls, and cloud security (AWS/Azure/GCP).
Robust knowledge of forensics, malware analysis, and incident response frameworks.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred
Certifications: CISSP, CISM, OSCP, or equivalent.
Hands-on with Microsoft Defender, SentinelOne, Splunk, or similar tools.
