WE’RE HIRING: SENIOR SALES CONSULTANT – MUMBAI

Are you an experienced healthcare consultant who can inspire confidence, understand patient psychology and successfully manage premium, high-value consultations?

Assure Clinics is looking for a polished and commercially robust Senior Sales Consultant to join our Mumbai team.

This is a senior, centre-based role—not a telecalling or lead-generation position. You will personally meet prospective patients, understand their concerns and guide them towards the right hair-restoration solution in coordination with our doctors.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
Conduct premium, face-to-face patient consultations
Understand each patient’s concerns, expectations and treatment goals
Coordinate with doctors to present suitable treatment and surgeon options
Explain procedures, timelines and commercials with clarity and confidence
Address concerns and help patients make well-informed decisions
Manage HNI, celebrity, NRI and international patients professionally
Take ownership of consultation quality, conversions and monthly revenue
Build lasting patient relationships and generate referrals

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
4–8 years of experience in aesthetics, dermatology, cosmetic surgery, dental,



IVF, wellness or premium healthcare sales
A strong track record in face-to-face consultations and high-value conversions
Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
Strong understanding of patient psychology and consultative selling
Confident, polished and commercially sharp
Comfortable taking complete ownership of business outcomes
BHMS, BAMS or BDS qualification preferred
