Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of Japan-focused IT projects.n
Drive project planning, execution, tracking, and risk management.n
Align project deliverables with timelines, scope, and quality standards.n
Communicate project status and risks to stakeholders.n
Japanese Language Translation & Interpretationn
Translate technical documents, user stories, project specs, BRDs/SRS from Japanese ↔ English.n
Provide real-time interpretation during client calls, demos, and reviews.n




Support Japanese-speaking stakeholders with accurate and context-aware communication.n

nExpertise You'll Bring:

Act as the primary bridge between Japanese clients and the internal delivery team.n
Conduct requirement-gathering sessions in Japanese.n
Ensure cultural sensitivity and communication clarity.n
Collaborate with engineering teams on technical discussions.n
Understand fundamentals of SDLC, cloud, APIs, microservices, and agile processes (not hands-on coding, but positive conceptual knowledge).n
Facilitate backlog grooming, sprint planning, and release coordination.n
Work closely with cross-functional teams (Dev, QA, BA, DevOps).n
Support team with translation of defect logs, release notes, and design documents.n
Mentor team members on Japan-specific communication etiquette.n
