Provide guidance and direction to offshore resources.

Core Java, Hibernate/JPA, Spring Core/ Spring Boot, JSON, Caching (Redis/EHCache)
Valuable to Have Technical Exposure
Advance Java, JASPER/BIRT Reporting Tool, Any open source document management system, PL/SQL, Java Script, JQuery, Bootstrap.
