Role Description As an Insurance Advisor / Insurance Consultant intern at Bajaj Life,



you will support customers in understanding life insurance products and selecting plans aligned with their financial goals and protection needs. You will participate in virtual consultations, explain policy features and advantages, assist with basic financial needs analysis, and guide customers through application and documentation processes. The role includes responding to customer queries, coordinating with internal teams for issue resolution, and maintaining accurate records of interactions in line with compliance standards. You will also help in lead follow-up, contribute to customer education through digital channels, and gain exposure to insurance advisory best practices. This is a remote internship role, designed to provide hands-on experience in insurance consulting and customer engagement.
