Manage structural repair projects from planning to successful handover.
Conduct site inspections, condition assessments, and recommend appropriate repair solutions.
Prepare repair methodologies, work plans, and technical documentation.
Supervise execution of repair works including micro concrete, epoxy injection, crack repairs, structural strengthening, CFRP systems, protective coatings, and waterproofing.
Coordinate with customers, consultants, contractors, and internal departments to ensure smooth project execution.
Monitor project progress, quality, safety, productivity, project costs, and billing.
Ensure timely documentation and compliance with company systems.
Support technical discussions, estimation, and business development activities.
Mentor junior engineers and help develop standard operating procedures and best practices.

Pay: ₹10,872.30 - ₹37,151.12 per month
