Key Responsibilities Warehouse & Inventory Management:

Manage day-to-day inventory and warehouse activities.

Maintain accurate stock records and ensure proper inventory control.

Monitor warehouse operations and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.

Ensure smooth handling and movement of inventory.

Team & Performance Management Monitor team performance and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Coordinate with team members to achieve operational targets.

Manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

Address operational issues and support timely resolution.

Customer Handling & Relationship Management Handle customer queries and concerns professionally.

Maintain positive customer relationships.

Coordinate with relevant teams to resolve customer-related issues.

Use Negotiation And Conflict-resolution Skills When Required. Administrative & Operational Support:

Perform administrative and operational activities related to warehouse management.





Manage daily tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
