Role Description The Site Supervisor is a full-time, remote role responsible for overseeing daily construction activities and coordinating with in office teams and project managers. This position involves monitoring work progress, ensuring adherence to plans, schedules, safety standards, and quality requirements, and reporting project status to management. The Site Supervisor will review construction documentation, support resource planning, and assist with resolving operational issues in collaboration with field staff. The role includes frequent communication via phone, email,



and digital tools to guide site activities, track materials and labor, and support efficient project execution.
Qualifications
Experience in construction supervision or site management, with a solid understanding of building processes and standards.
Strong skills in project coordination, scheduling, and basic cost tracking to support timely and effective project delivery.
Ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, and technical documents, and communicate them clearly to on-site teams.
