Role: Senior US IT Recruiter

Location: Adyar, Chennai (Onsite)

Shift: US Hours / Night Shift

Type: Fulltime

If you have strong US staffing experience, hands-on LinkedIn Recruiter/RPS expertise, and a proven track record of working with Direct Clients, MSPs, and VMS programs, we want to hear from you

Must-Have Experience
2+ years of experience recruiting for Direct Client requirements
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter / RPS License
Strong Direct Client recruiting experience
Experience working with MSP / VMS programs
Proven US IT staffing/recruiting experience
Robust understanding of W2 hiring and US work authorizations
Experience recruiting across multiple IT/Non IT/ Technical roles
Solid candidate engagement, negotiation, and closing skills




Comfortable working US hours and night shifts
Ability to manage multiple requirements and deliver candidates within tight timelines
