Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Service Crew members to join our restaurant team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring smooth restaurant operations, maintaining cleanliness, and creating a positive dining experience for guests.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist guests in a courteous and professional manner.
Take customer orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen.
Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining presentation standards.
Ensure guest satisfaction by responding to requests and resolving concerns promptly.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of dining areas, service stations, and equipment.
Set up and clear tables before and after service.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.
Handle billing and payment transactions when required.
Coordinate effectively with kitchen and fellow team members to ensure smooth operations.




Assist in opening and closing duties as assigned by the Restaurant Manager.
Adhere to company policies, grooming standards, and operational procedures.

Required Qualifications
Minimum Higher Secondary (12th Pass); Diploma in Hotel Management is preferred.
1–3 years of experience in a restaurant, café, or hospitality environment.
Fresher’s with a positive attitude and willingness to learn may also apply.
