The Role

As a CDP Chef, you will be responsible for executing and maintaining the quality of Goldrush’s food offerings.

You should be someone who:
Loves cooking and takes pride in every plate.
Is passionate about healthy, ingredient-forward food.
Understands the importance of nutrition, quality, consistency, and taste.
Can work in a rapid-paced kitchen workplace.
Wants to grow beyond being just a chef.

This role is ideal for someone who sees themselves growing with a young,



ambitious food brand and eventually taking on larger responsibilities in Kitchen Operations and Head of Operations roles.

Key Responsibilities

Food Preparation & Execution
Prepare and execute Goldrush Super Food recipes with consistency and attention to detail.
Ensure every meal meets Goldrush standards for taste, quality, portion size, and presentation.
Follow standardized recipes and continuously maintain product consistency.
Ensure food is prepared fresh and served efficiently.

Healthy & Functional Food
Develop a strong understanding of Goldrush’s approach towards healthy and performance-focused food.
Work with ingredient-forward recipes designed around better nutrition and functional eating.
Be curious and willing to learn about proteins, carbohydrates, fats, gut-friendly foods, and performance nutrition.
Contribute ideas for current healthy and exciting menu offerings.
