Service Advisor

Job Responsibilities:
Attend customers and understand their vehicle service requirements.
Prepare job cards and explain service requirements, cost and delivery time.
Coordinate with technicians and monitor repair/service progress.
Keep customers updated about the service status.
Ensure proper quality check before vehicle delivery.
Handle customer complaints and collect feedback.
Prepare/coordinate billing and explain invoices to customers.
Maintain service records and customer details.
Recommend additional services or accessories when required.
Coordinate warranty and insurance-related service work.

Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Automobile/Mechanical or related field preferred.




Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
Basic knowledge of vehicle service and repair.
Positive coordination and problem-solving skills.
Freshers with relevant qualification can also apply.
Previous automobile service experience is an advantage.

Location: pathanamthitta
Salary: ₹15,000–₹25,000 per month + incentives, depending on experience and skills.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
