Roles & Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
Ensure work execution according to approved drawings and specifications.
Monitor project progress, quality, and safety standards on-site.
Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and labor teams.
Prepare site reports, work progress reports, and material records.
Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues during execution.
Verify measurements and billing of contractors/vendors.
Ensure proper utilization of materials and manpower.
Maintain compliance with project schedules and deadlines.
Monitor RCC, finishing, structural, and civil works execution.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
3–5 years of on-site construction experience preferred.
Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site practices.
Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and basic project reporting.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Robust problem-solving and site management abilities.
Preferred Skills
Experience in residential/commercial projects.
Knowledge of quantity estimation and BOQ preparation.
Understanding of site safety standards and quality control procedures.
