Role & responsibilities -
Conduct technical and service training programs for service teams.
Provide practical training on commercial vehicle systems and maintenance.
Develop and deliver training modules as per business requirements.
Train technicians and service personnel on troubleshooting and repair procedures.
Conduct practical demonstrations and technical sessions.
Evaluate trainees' understanding and provide feedback.
Ensure training programs meet required technical and quality standards.
Support service teams in improving technical knowledge and efficiency.

Preferred candidate profile
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in the Commercial Vehicle / Automobile industry
Candidates with previous experience as a Service Trainer, Workshop Manager, Service Manager, or Technical Expert will be preferred.




Retired specialists with relevant industry experience are also welcome to apply.
Solid practical knowledge of vehicle servicing, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
