Role & responsibilities :
Installation, commissioning, maintenance, and servicing of equipment.
Diagnose and repair equipment faults and technical issues.
Develop preventive maintenance strategies and update user manuals.
Coordinate effectively with clients, engineers, and technicians.
Respond promptly to service requests and provide technical support.
Conduct quality assurance and safety checks on equipment.
Ensure excellent customer service with a solid work ethic and growth mindset.
Qualification & Skills:
Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Technical understanding and knowledge of AutoCAD or similar design software
Proficiency in MS Office
Robust problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
Experience in the Oil & Gas industry, refineries, or tank cleaning activities will be an added advantage
