nAbout the Role
nWe are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Architect with solid expertise in ITOM/ITAM and SAM/HAM to lead end-to-end platform implementations and provide technical leadership.

nRole & Responsibilities
n
n
Design and architect scalable ServiceNow solutions based on business requirements.
n
Lead end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow ITOM and/or ITAM modules from scratch.
n
Provide technical leadership across ServiceNow development and implementation projects.
n
Work on configuration, customization, integrations, workflows, and automation.
n
Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand requirements and provide solutions.
n
Ensure solutions follow ServiceNow best practices and enterprise architecture standards.
n
Review technical designs and guide development teams.
n
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
n
Mentor and support ServiceNow developers and team members.
n
nRequired Experience
n
n
Minimum 14+ years of overall IT experience.
n
Minimum 8+ years of ServiceNow development/implementation experience.
n
Minimum 3+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Architect.
n
Must have led 2–3 end-to-end ITOM and/or ITAM implementations from scratch at the platform level in an Architect role.
n
Robust hands-on experience in ITOM or ITAM is mandatory.
n
Strong experience in SAM/HAM (Software Asset Management / Hardware Asset Management).
