About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic Territory Sales Manager to drive sales performance within an assigned territory. The role owns end-to-end territory ownership — from achieving new car sales targets to executing on-ground events and digital promotion strategies — and requires a candidate with strong field sales exposure and a proven track record in a target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
Drive recent car sales and achieve model-wise sales targets for the assigned territory




Design and execute territory-level sales plans in line with organizational goals with product sales
Plan, organize, and execute local events and BTL activations to drive footfall and sales
Drive digital promotion initiatives to support lead generation and brand visibility
Build and manage relationships with dealers/channel partners to ensure sales targets are met
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences within the territory
Track and report sales performance, market share, and target achievement on a regular basis
Travel extensively (up to 70%) across the assigned territory for market visits, dealer reviews, and events
