We are looking for a Site Supervisor to oversee and coordinate daily site operations and ensure that all assigned work is carried out smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day activities at the site.
Coordinate with workers and ensure proper allocation of work.
Monitor the progress of ongoing work and ensure timely completion.
Check the quality of work and ensure it meets project requirements.
Coordinate the availability of materials and other site requirements.
Communicate site updates to the management/team.
Address day-to-day issues and ensure smooth site operations.
Maintain basic records and daily site reports.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in Site Supervision or a similar role.
Positive coordination and communication skills.
Ability to manage workers and handle site activities.
Basic understanding of construction/site work.
Willingness to work at the site.
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
