Role Overview:
We are looking for an energetic and responsible individual to manage the day-to-day operations of our pet grooming salon. This role involves overseeing customer service, coordinating grooming activities, managing staff schedules, and ensuring a high-quality experience for both pets and their owners.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily salon operations and ensure smooth functioning
Coordinate grooming appointments and staff schedules
Handle customer interactions, bookings, and follow-ups
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards
Monitor inventory and supplies
Support basic administrative and reporting tasks
Ensure a positive and welcoming environment for customers and pets
Who Can Apply:
Energetic, proactive, and responsible individuals
Strong communication skills in Tamil and/or English
Basic knowledge of operations or customer handling is preferred
Passion for animals and willingness to learn
