About the Role

INCLUSIF Cosmetics is looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Content Creation Intern who understands Instagram, Reels, trends, and engaging visual content.

Key Responsibilities
Create engaging content ideas for Instagram, Reels, Stories, and other social platforms
Assist in planning and developing the social media content calendar
Create and coordinate short-form video content and Reels
Write captions, hooks, and creative copy for social media
Research trending audio, formats, hashtags, and content trends
Assist with product shoots, lifestyle content, and UGC
Coordinate with designers, video editors, influencers, and the marketing team
Monitor social media trends and suggest current content ideas
Help improve engagement and overall social media presence

Requirements




Strong understanding of Instagram & social media trends
Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh content ideas
Positive communication and writing skills
Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, or similar tools is a plus
Comfortable working with short-form video content
Good understanding of Reels, Stories, memes, and trending content
Proactive, organized, and willing to learn
Freshers are welcome to apply
