Key Responsibilities
Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
Build solid customer relationships and ensure satisfaction.
Job Planning and Organizing, Operational Skills.
Manage inventory planning and coordinate with operations.
Drive marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns.
Complaint management.
Ensure compliance with company policies and reporting standards.

Pay: ₹22,500.00 - ₹25,300.00 per month
