Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute social media strategies and monthly content calendars based on client objectives.
Write high-quality, original content including reel scripts, captions, hooks, carousel copy, creative copy, and promotional content.
Develop engaging reel concepts and scripts tailored to each clients brand and target audience.
Manage and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Conduct industry, competitor, audience, and trend research to generate relevant content ideas.
Create basic social media creatives and carousels using Canva, whenever required.
Use ChatGPT and AI tools effectively for research, ideation, and productivity while maintaining originality and human judgement.
Coordinate with designers and video editors for smooth content execution.
Review content performance and suggest improvements.

Preferred candidate profile

Requirements
12 years of relevant experience in Social Media,



Content Writing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
Robust writing, communication, creative thinking, and storytelling skills.
Valuable understanding of social media platforms, trends, and content formats.
Proficiency in Canva and working knowledge of ChatGPT / AI tools.
Robust research and analytical abilities.
Ability to understand different businesses, audiences, and brand voices.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Ability to work independently, take ownership, and manage multiple client accounts.
