The Prospect
We are looking for a passionate and entrepreneurial Head of Sales & Marketing to help us build the market for SleepAlfa.

We are looking for someone who understands how to generate demand, start conversations, build relationships, run campaigns, convert leads, and communicate a powerful idea to the market.

You will help us take SleepAlfa's mission to:




Individuals struggling with sleep challenges.
Corporate professionals and leaders.
HR and wellbeing teams.
Organisations looking to improve employee health and productivity.
Communities across India.

If you have experience in B2B marketing, sales, corporate wellness, performance marketing, or customer acquisition and more importantly, the hunger to build something meaningful we would like to hear from you.

What You Will Do
Sales & Business Development
Build and manage SleepAlfa's corporate sales pipeline.
Identify and engage HR leaders, CHROs, wellbeing leaders, and business decision-makers.
Present SleepAlfa's Corporate Sleep Health and Wellbeing Programs.
Build relationships with organisations across India.
Generate corporate meetings, pilots, and partnership opportunities.
Support negotiations and conversion of opportunities into partnerships.
