We are looking for a creative, data-driven Social Media Strategist to lead our brand's presence across digital channels. In this role, you will brainstorm viral content, write engaging copy, oversee end-to-end account management, and execute organic growth strategies that turn followers into active brand advocates.

Key Responsibilities
Content Creation &
Copywriting:

Write compelling, on-brand hooks, captions, and scripts tailored for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X (Twitter).
Viral Trend &
Content Planning:

Identify emerging internet trends, memes, and formats early, transforming them into high-reach reels, shorts, and carousel concepts.
Account Management: Maintain a consistent content calendar, schedule posts, manage community interactions (comments, DMs), and monitor platform health.
Audience &
Growth Hacking:

Execute distribution strategies, hashtag research, and collaboration tactics to drive organic reach,



engagement, and follower growth.
Analytics &
Performance Tracking:

Track key growth metrics (reach, impressions, CTR, conversion), derive actionable insights, and refine weekly content roadmaps accordingly.

Requirements
Proven track record as a Social Media Strategist, Content Creator, or Social Media Manager with a portfolio of high-performing content.
Exceptional storytelling, copywriting, and headline-writing skills in English.
Deep understanding of social algorithms across Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Experience using design/editing tools (Canva, CapCut) and scheduling tools (Meta Business Suite, Buffer, or Hootsuite).
Robust eye for aesthetics, internet culture, and audience psychology.
