RESPONSIBILITIES
Planning & Project Execution
Develop and implement techno-commercial strategies for civil, infrastructure,
and multidisciplinary engineering projects.
Drive project execution with a focus on cost efficiency, operational
excellence, and timely delivery.
Cost Estimation & Budget Management
Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and commercial proposals for civil,
mechanical, electrical, industrial, and specialized projects.
Monitor project budgets, track variances, and implement corrective actions to
optimize costs and improve profitability.
Contract & Commercial Management
Lead contract review, negotiation, and administration activities across
project lifecycles.
Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, commercial terms, statutory
requirements, and organizational policies.
Vendor & Procurement Management
Identify, evaluate, and manage vendors, contractors, and service providers
across various project categories.
Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and delivery schedules to maximize value
and achieve cost savings.




Technical Evaluation & Quality Assurance
Collaborate with engineering and project teams to evaluate technical
specifications, project requirements, and execution methodologies.
Ensure adherence to applicable quality standards, engineering best practices,
and regulatory requirements.
Risk & Compliance Management
Identify technical, commercial, and contractual risks and implement
appropriate mitigation measures.
Ensure timely statutory approvals, regulatory compliance, and effective
governance throughout project execution.
Stakeholder Management & Reporting
Coordinate with internal stakeholders, consultants, contractors, and external
agencies to ensure seamless project delivery.
Present project status, commercial insights, risk assessments, and financial
performance updates to senior management.
