Role Description The Head of Merchandising is a full-time, on-site role based in Udaipur, responsible for leading the overall merchandising strategy and execution for The House of Things. This role oversees product curation across furniture, art, and accessories,



ensuring assortments reflect brand aesthetics, market trends, and customer preferences. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing vendor relationships, identifying recent brands and designers, planning seasonal and thematic collections, and optimizing assortments for online presentation and sales performance. The Head of Merchandising collaborates closely with marketing, sales, and design teams to align product storytelling, pricing, promotions, and inventory management. The role also includes analyzing category performance, guiding buying decisions, mentoring merchandising staff, and maintaining high standards of product quality and visual merchandising on the platform.
