WE’RE HIRING — SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER

Bohame is looking for a creative and culturally aware Social Media Manager who understands fashion, visual storytelling and the art of building a distinctive brand online.

This is a full-time, on-site position based at our Dhanmill store in Chhatarpur, New Delhi.

Your role will include
Planning and managing content across Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, Linked In and other relevant platforms
Creating engaging reels, stories, posts and behind-the-scenes content
Developing strong visual and written narratives around our collections, craftsmanship and brand philosophy
Shooting and editing content using a smartphone or camera
Writing captions that reflect Bohame’s refined and contemporary voice
Creating a monthly content calendar and maintaining a consistent posting schedule
Covering store activities, new launches, fittings, shoots and celebrity appearances
Coordinating with designers, photographers, models and influencers
Monitoring trends, engagement and content performance




Building an active and meaningful online community

We’re looking for someone who:
Has a strong visual eye and genuine interest in fashion
Understands Instagram aesthetics, reels and current social media formats
Can independently conceptualise, shoot and edit content
Has valuable writing and storytelling skills
Is organised, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced creative workplace
Has working knowledge of Canva and editing apps such as Cap Cut, In Shot or Adobe tools
Can work full-time from our Dhanmill store

Prior experience with a fashion, lifestyle or luxury brand will be preferred. A strong portfolio and creative instinct matter more than formal qualifications.
